For USA buyers: We only ship to Paypal confirmed shipping address if pay by
PAYPAL. For unconfirmed and gift address, we only accept Money Order or Cashier
Check. NO EXCEPTIONAL!
For International buyers: We only ship to paypal confirmed shipping address.
Otherwise, we only accept money order and cashier check payment. We ship via
USPS Post Office with Tracking#. Buyer's responsibility for any custom and duty
charge by buyer's country. Tel# is required.
If more than 3 lb (10 pcs), we will ship via Fedex Ground. We reserve our rights
to change our shipping carrier in any circumstances.
We highly recommend buyer to buy our optional shipping insurance as we are
NOT responsible for all the damage or lost.
Shipping and Handling includes shipping, handling, packing materials, fuel charges,
and administrative cost. It is non-negotiable.
Shipping fee is prepaid by the customer.
All items will be ship out the next business days after your payment is cleared.
The tracking information will be automatically sent to your email address once
the items are shipped out. No package will be processed during weekend and holidays.
All items will be double checked before shipping out.
Any particular item may become unexpectedly out of stock, we reserve the right
to send money back if it does happen for whatever reasons.
No Customer Pickup!
We do not accept return or replace for any physical damaged item or damaged
by misuse. Defective item will be replaced, and must be notified by email within
3 days from the delivery date of your item in order to issue a RMA approval.
Returns without RMA # will be reject and send back to buyer. Returns must be
in original packaging with print out RMA# on outside of the box, and must be
received within 10 business days from the RMA# issuing day. After 10 business
days, the package will be reject and return back to buyer. Replacement will
be made upon receipt and inspect of the returned item. We do not responsible
for return postage. Buyer's responsibility if any damage or lost during return
No refunds after 7 days of the delivery date. Defective item return for refund
is only available upon request before returning. All refund will be issued by
company check or to buyer's paypal account within 7-10 days upon received the
returned item. Items in good condition request for return or refund will be
charged 25% restocking fee. Shipping/handling/insurance are Non-refundable in
any circumstances. We are only responsible for one-way shipping & handling.
Damaged item must be reported by email us the damaged item's pictures within
3 days upon delivered. We only help buyer to file damage or lost claim with
shipping carrier company if buyer have purchased our optional shipping insurance
which offered in each invoice; and buyer kept all the original shipping package
and original shipping label for shipping carrier company to pick up the package
for damage inspection. We will ship you the brand new item ONLY if shipping
carrier company paid the damage claim or lost.
